Vehicles and self introduction

[Self introduction]
I have been riding motorcycles for about 9 years, and have owned the following models: GSR400→YZF-R6→WR250X→CBR1000RR→Ninja250→Z125 Pro→GSX-R1000→D-Tracker.
I currently own a Ninja 250 and a D-Tracker.
I mainly enjoy tinkering with motorcycles, but occasionally do some circuit riding and touring.

I bought this Ninja 250 about 3 years ago. I switched from a CBR1000RR (2014) for a lighter full cowl sport bike. 2014.

Customization of the particulars

[Directionality]
Our goal is to create a 250cc version of a fully customized machine like the 8 endurance machines or WSBK machines.

[Points that I think are cool]
I especially like the front and rear suspension and the gauges.

[Points of change in performance]
After all the modifications, the frame and rear brake master are the only parts that remain stock, so almost everything has changed.

This is the image before the customization was done.

From the time the vehicle was purchased, it was equipped with an external muffler, handlebars, and high throttle. To be honest, the bike looked cheap compared to the CBR1000RR that I used to ride. So I decided to make some changes to the bike to get rid of the cheap look.

Chrome Lite

This meter with GPS logger is made by an Italian manufacturer.
I thought it would be cool to see it on the 8 endurance machines and WSBK machines, so I installed it on my Ninja. Not only can it display speed and rpm, but it can also acquire and display lap times when riding the circuit using GPS. There is no installation kit for the Ninja 250, so I made my own harness while carefully reading the service manual and the manual for the meter. I also made the meter stays and indicators for the indicators and high beams.
Other handlebar area is made by Zitaflight top bridge(anodized), machined stem kit (under-bracket only), bar handlebar conversion, Gailspeed VRC master cylinder and wire clutch holder kit, Active high throttle, Ohlins steering damper, and left and right racing switches.
The left and right hand racing switches have buttons for the indicators, horn, high beams and other functions necessary for driving on public roads, as well as buttons for operating the gauges and the pit lane limiter.

MAGTAN” Magnesium Forged Wheel [mug tank] JB4
Brand: JB Power

I installed these wheels because I adore the 7-spoke & magnesium forged. I have installed stock, Gailspeed Type-GP1S, and Gailspeed Type-S, but I like this wheel the most. The white part is the wheel wrapping that I did by myself.
The other suspension is the MS Sailing aluminum swing arm andSuperbuilt Maximum Stand Hook Plate(Welded mounting base), Ohlins FKS202 inner cartridge kit & TTX36-Mk2 rear suspension, P.E.O.front and rear chromoly axle shafts and pivot shafts, titanium coated inner tubes, painted gun coated outer tubes, NECTO front and rear disc rotors, MFZ works calipers sold by T2Racing, Brembo CNC rear calipers, BEAT Rear caliper support etc. are included.

MV130 titanium silencer/Slash Carbon End
Brand: Maverick
https://wrenchset.top/wp-content/uploads/2023/12/20231209082825-657425297bdd9.jpghttps://wrenchset.top/wp-content/uploads/2023/12/20231209082825-657425297bdd9.jpg
I asked the manufacturer, Craft Armadillo, to make a special order with 2P curl end and inner punching diameter to fit 250cc. I was bored and changed the silencer often, but I like this silencer very much.
The exhaust pipe is a titanium exhaust pipe made by BEAT, and the sub-computer map can be made for each cylinder./Two additional F sensor bosses have been installed. The Ninja 300 intake comes with a stock throttle body and a custom K&N air filter (air intake box removed).

Sub-radiator stay kit
Brand: Beat
https://wrenchset.top/wp-content/uploads/2023/12/20231209082826-6574252aa0fed.jpghttps://wrenchset.top/wp-content/uploads/2023/12/20231209082826-6574252aa0fed.jpg

The Ninja 250 has an unexpectedly high water and oil temperature, so I installed a sub-radiator, a kit that uses one side of the D-Tracker X radiator.
Some time after installing the sub-radiator, I also installed an additional oil cooler. By lowering the oil temperature, the water temperature has been lowered further.
I rarely ride in the winter, but if I do, it’s half or two inches from the bottom of the radiator./About 3 will be sealed with duct tape.
Other engine and electrical components include a Beat high cam, lightly machined flywheel, PC Racing FLO oil filter, Ninja 300 stock slipper clutch, Dynojet Power Commander V, Quick Shifter and Auto Tune, and a rewritten ECU.

upper cowl
Brand: Magical Racing

The exterior took the most work.
Upper.sidethe…under cowlis made by Magical Racing.tank padthe…seat cowlis made by KDC Service.
I had it custom made so that the headlight could be mounted on the upper part of the race cowl. I then painted the whole thing in solid black and then wrapped it.
All the colored parts except for the black were wrapped, and I did all the installation myself. Since I am an amateur, I went through quite a bit of trial and error when installing it, but in the end I think it turned out pretty good there.
I used the livery of Triple M Honda’s CBR1000RR as a reference. It is slightly arranged to fit the cowl shape of Ninja 250.

Front fenderandRear Inner Fenderare made by SSK, and both front and rear are shortened.

This was my coloring before I got my current coloring.

This is also a wrapping.

Customization that I want to do in the future

https://wrenchset.top/wp-content/uploads/2023/12/20231209082831-6574252f311a6.jpghttps://wrenchset.top/wp-content/uploads/2023/12/20231209082831-6574252f311a6.jpg
The first step is to replace the rear brake master.
Now I’m thinking about high comp pistons, frame paint, and maybe an aluminum tank like the 8 endurance machines….

Thanks for participating in our custom bike contest, Eclair!
I’m giving away 500 points that can be used at Webic to the Ninja 250, who I’ve just introduced to you!
